During its first reporting period, INTERCEPTOR significantly expanded its international engagement activities.

Two Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) were signed with institutions in Brazil and South Africa, and seven Letters of Intent were received from partners in Europe, Asia, and North America. Five institutions joined the project as Associate Partners.

More than 20 international high-containment laboratories have been engaged through bilateral meetings and outreach activities.

Through strategic collaboration with global actors such as WHO, OECD, CEPI and others, INTERCEPTOR continues to position itself as a reference framework for sustainable, inclusive international cooperation in high-containment laboratory research.
